Our Position
AskHOA LLC does not sell your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for monetary consideration or for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. This has always been our practice and remains our commitment.
What This Means for You
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
Because AskHOA LLC does not sell or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes, there is nothing to opt out of. We provide this page to be transparent about our practices and to fulfill our disclosure obligations under California law.
How We Do Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Platform — such as our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider (Resend), and hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare). These providers receive your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
This type of sharing — with service providers acting on our behalf — is not considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA.
