AskHOA is an AI-powered building handbook and approval platform for residential condominium communities. The platform enables property managers, HOA boards, and residents to access governing documents, submit and review approval requests, and interact with AI-assisted document intelligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on askhoa.net and askhoa.app — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, software, and the AskHOA name and mark — is the property of AskHOA LLC and is protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission from AskHOA LLC.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AskHOA uses artificial intelligence to answer questions based on your building’s governing documents. AI-generated answers are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Answers are derived solely from documents uploaded to the platform by your building’s management. AskHOA LLC makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated responses for any particular purpose.

For matters requiring legal interpretation or board approval, consult a licensed attorney or your building’s board of directors.

Third-Party Services

AskHOA integrates with the following third-party service providers:

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management
Resend — transactional email delivery
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS, and network security
Anthropic, PBC — AI model provider

Each provider operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. AskHOA LLC is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AskHOA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Governing Law

These terms and all matters relating to your use of AskHOA are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to This Notice

AskHOA LLC reserves the right to update this Legal Notice at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
